Anybody else waiting on an amp from Orion?

well i esclated my claim on paypal to keep myself safe from this. since i first put in the claim on paypla he hasn't responded even thou paypal themselves have tried to contact him.

let me guess thou...when he comes back we will here the story about how he hasn't been near a computer....and yada yada ya.

yes i will be annoying when you have half a grand of my money for over a month when you told me two weeks.

i dunno man....i think with the situation as it is tho he should at least send us an email or something letting us know he will be away from a computer for a while and when he will be able to be contacted again......i notice that according to the members list he was last active on the site sometime today so who knows what the deal is......at this point all i wanna know is what the delay is about and how much longer will it be.....im not askin for my amp to be shipped out immediately......jus want to be kept up to date on the state of affairs so to speak //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i just got an email from Shane today saying he ahsnt been able to get any answers from them and my best bet is to call Orion directly and see if i have any better luck.....why must Orion be so ghey?!

I'm also awaiting a HCCA D1200 that I bought from him at the end of august. No communcation from him since sept. 7th. I also filed a complaint with paypal due to the fact that he has not responded since sept 7th. It looks like to me he is in to alot of people. If nothing comes of it. My Mothers a PI so I already have every bit of info I need to track him down.

Shane, you need to be talking to us telling us what is going on. Its only fair to let us know what is happening. I didn;t want to file the complaint with paypal and if I hear something soon I will be more then happy to cancel the complaint if I can get my amp here like now!

Are the amps Shane is sending out coming directly from Orion? If so should I call them and see if there is a hold up on the HCCA D1200?

well i talked to Shane today and here is what he said to tell everyone:

sorry guys, been absent, new job & girlfriend has been keeping me busy, plus this mess. Anyone that hasnt received their order, please do a chargeback NOW. Well I have tried contacting you just about everyday since before I filed my complaint. I would appreciate a return email letting me know what is going on.

So please contact me, I would rather work it out then take legal action.

I bought the HCCA D1200 from you on ebay.

I am PISSED.... Just got a response from paypal saying they will not investigate any further into my claim because its over 45 days.. So i Shiet out of luck.. have anybody else turn in a claim to paypal over these orions amps???if so can someone pm me the email acct. that you sent payment too. Paypal said that the only way my case will probably be open back up if they are more claims to this paypal acct. The reason I didn't claim within 45 days is bc there were still communication between me and shane...
