Anybody else waiting on an amp from Orion?

Have you called them?

I bought a broken 2500d on egay and sent it to be fixed. Total time 17 days. But this was June 05.

Amp still works like a charm too. Best $300 I ever spent.

i went through HCCAFan but ive had trouble contacting him lately.....last time i talked to him was last monday of august and he said they were shipping that week.....but still nothing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif .......anyone talked to him lately??

 
as for warranty work & d5000's, yeah, you can say there has been better experiences. Chunglams has been sending over amps with bad chips, so they been doing alot of rework at DEI. There are alot of dealers still waiting on stuff they ordered at ces, and alot of dealers that started to get their shipments but had bad amps, with about a 95% return rate, due to those bad chips. I know the d2400's havent been as bad, and it seems like they are one of the choice amps to have, as rawjdog has strapped em down at .5 each on a street max setup, with no mods to the amps whatsoever, and they get mean!

off topic, so they still fix broken 2500ds ?
They replaced my dead 2500d with a brand new d5000. Which I sold, and which promptly died.

Took quite a while, which included them "losing" my amp and giving me all types of shit about it.

Call and ask for a manager, its a lady. Thats the only way I got anything done.

its been about 5 months since i seen my d5000 also...had to send it back twice and been waiting... i haven't been able to get into contact with hccafan either through aim or email for the past couple of weeks....
