i bought a pair of those 15's around 1995 or so. for 50 bux i'd jump on them and throw them in a large sealed box. i put 350 watts on each and they sounded great. bTW, those arent the normal "road thunder" type subs you see in prefab enclosures. these subs are solid

those subs are crap they were in the mid to late 90s subs. if they were road thunder pro's those were decent. the color on the dust cap new was yellow. those were 200-250rms, with a 40oz magnet ,2" kapton coil.
