any reason not to get the HD3?

i'm looking at either getting a 12" Audioque HD3 or TC-3000 in a week. is there any reason I shouldn't get the HD3? I will be powering either one with a kicker ZX1500.1. The only reason I could think of would be to save space. I only have about 2-2.3 cubes net that I would like to give up for either driver. I don't plan to compete, and I listen to a lot of different music. any help is good since I have never used woofers from either company. the closest i have come was a dd 1008 for a month
