Any reason I shouldn't buy this 42" LCD?

The rents offered to buy me a new TV for my room next year, and called me from best buy asking about this one:

Any reasons I shouldn't get it for $700, or any other better deals for around the same price range?

Dont **** with insignia. The only "noname" brand I would buy is probably a vizio since it gets such good reviews.

But honestly it might be worth it to throw in a couple hundred extra and get a samsung or sony.

im always kind of leary about buying brands that arent big names when it comes to TV's

however, my dad just picked up a 42" Vizio, and i was pretty impressed.

Just depends how much you want out of it. Personally i would get a smaller samsung as everyone else states (i have a smaller samsung and LOVE it)

No name brands aren't that bad. I have had my olevia LCD for over a year and its still looking just like the day I got it. I would say go for it.

I'm usually pretty uneasy about getting known brands too, but this TV seems to have great reviews. It got a 9.3 on CNET from users and a 4.5 on the best buy website.

I'm mainly just checking for anyone that knows something that I don't about this particular one. I guess you can't go too horribly wrong for that price.

I guess i'll go check it out and make a final decision. I'm not a huge TV buff anyways.
