Any potential problems with this setup?

I would like to know if you see any potential problems with this setup...

Head Unit: Alpine 9887

Components: Pioneer c720prs 6.5'sm (Passive)

Power Handling:

Peak: 400 watts per set / 200 watts each side

RMS: 100 watts per set / 50 watts each side

Impedance (per voice coil) 4 ohms

Sub: Sundown e8 (svc4ohm)

RMS: 200

Re = 3.37 ohms (4 ohm nominal)

Amp: Crunch p900.4

Minimum Impedance Bridged 2 ohms

Minimum Impedance Unbridged 4 ohms

Peak (Dynamic) Power Rating:

4 ohms: 115 watts x 4 chan.

2 ohms: 225 watts x 4 chan.

Bridged, 4 ohms: 450 watts x 2 chan.

I will be running the pio's off of channel 1-2 for the amp and bridging channels 3-4 for the sub.

I am a huge nub when it comes to subs so any help would be appreciated.

I'd look into a diff. 4 channel amp....but then again that's my opinion.

I know its not the greatest amp but its the last part of my system i will be upgrading.

So if the amp is rated for a 2ohm load bridged and the sub is 4ohm there wont be any problems?
