Any one weight lift?

just started working out again after 18mths of treating a shoulder injury, along with bulging discs in my neck and back... I started running in may and working out in June...

about a week and a half ago I max my bench at 205

I am currently doing 175ish in sets of 10-8-6

because of the bad back I dont do standing squats... I use the squat machine and I am doing 360x10 for 3 sets, after a 320x10 warmup

leg curls I am doing 180x12 sets=3

hamstring curls 90x12 sets=3

calves 90x12 sets=3

on the machines, for rowing I am doing 120lbs

for dumbbells I am doing single arm rows with 55lbs

t-rows with 90lbs

shoulders are still weak but I am doing arnold presses with 35lbs x 10 for 3 sets

military presses are 100lbs x 10 for 3 sets

and lat pull downs are at 80lbs x10 for 3

bi's

ez bar curl 60lbs x 10 sets=3

hammers 35x10/8 sets=3

crosschest 25x15 sets=3

tris

pulldown 90x12 sets=3

reverse pulldown 70x10 sets=3

kickbacks 30x15 sets=3

overhead dumbbell - 60x10 sets=3

dips 15reps x 3 sets

??? never seen that...can you explain?
u know those little space jumper things that u sit on and has a handle and u bounce around with? well, take one of those and chop off the handle and either keep it as a whole spehere or what is more popular is to cut it in half and have a "bowl" shaped ball. u stand on it and u do squats on a machine (free form or Nautilus machine). it gives u about the same results with less weight because you have to be constantly stablizing your body WHILE using your legs for the actual squats. his may be different, but that's what i used to do until i learned how to do the smith machine.
