Any one weight lift?

Who here lifts? How much can you put up on bench, squats, power cleans, and dead lifts?
Well i gotta say football weightlifting helps alot...I came in as a freshman benching 185 and squatting 325, and cleaned somewhere around 205.

I'm a senior now and can bench 305, squat 470, and can clean 295(trying to get 300 soon). Our coach has never had us max at dead lifts...

Last time I checked, my max was benching around 175. DUnno bout the other excercises.

 
bench - 235 (don't use pecs much in MA)

squat - 385

i don't really do anymore bulk lifting than that, just try to get my flexibility and endurance up

 
I havnt maxed out in a about a yea. so i have no idea what my maxs are anymore. ive been doing high reps around 12 or so per set and lower weights. ive been cutting for a while now

 
My recent numbers, before I had knee surgery...

Bench 255

Squat 495

Clean 230

Dead 200

I'm 5'11" 175...

After reconstructive knee surgery(ACL, MCL, Meniscus)

Bench 270

Clean-- Haven't tried yet..

Dead--Hurts like a mother.....
