I'm 16, a now a sophmore, but at the end of last year Fresh/15 yo I got 230 on bench, and 370 on squat. Hopeing to get about 265-270 this year during powerlifting season, and about 450 on squat.
all I can say is for you high-schoolers who lift regulary, you gotta be hella dedicated once you get to college (if you don't join a sport that actively works out like you're used to). I was in weight-lifting class in high school & once college hit, I didn't do anything for about a whole year...I'm only recently getting back into it like I used to be.
