any one getting loud with SA-8s

Hey I have 4 and about to do an install in my truck but after watching so many youtube videos even people with 7kw+ aren't getting to loud with these.. Kinda worries me.. this won't be a fart box and I am wanting to do 140+ with 4 on 3k..

so if you have em and metered em post up.. trying to see if I should go a different route before I even get started..

we have done a 140 with 2 on 1500 at like 43hz. soooo 4 with 3k in the truck should be an easy 140.

I just dont like SA much to be honest... Not cuz they dont make good stuff but everyone runs them especially the 8's so if your gunna do it might as well do something no one has done yet...

Well funny thing is I bought them A WHILE ago.. I was just stuck in oklahoma for training and couldn't install em.. now I see a bunch of people with em.. worst case I hate em and I use em as some BA midbass or put em in the girls car

i did a 135.4 @41hz with a single sa8 wired off my 100.4 not greatest numbers but for less then 200 watts id say its decent i have a build coming soon with 6 of these

I did 148 @ 35hz with (4) on ~ 3k in a 4th order from my trunk. I'd say that's pretty loud. Did 153.8 with (4) in my CRX. 154.8 with (6). 150+ with (1) in a **** 5 gallon bucket.

SA's are the shit. Atomic 8 is the only thing close.

I did plan on 4 sa-8's and finally got around to installing just 2 of them and they were blahh nothing special I was expecting more I am sure if I would have followed threw and did all 4 I would have got what I was after but then again I was not sure so I have sold 1 of them so far and going a different route.

Everyone runs them because there a **** good sub! Can't think of a better one that wont cost you an arm and leg.
