Depends greatly on what industry. Some are going away and never coming back.

You obviously have the grades so that doesnt matter too much. SM is right that 90+% of the time grades will not matter, with the exception of your first job after college and even then it sometimes doesnt matter. You are also right that good grades will definitely help you get into a better school.
Now the question of the matter becomes with joining PTK help you get into a better school? That I cant really answer with the exception of personal experience. With my grades and letters of recommendation I had zero trouble getting into the likes of SMU, TCU and UT Austin without it.

I am well aware of how much this all won't matter afterwards. At 35, I have been out in the real world enough to know better. ya, basically just wondering if it will help any chances as I progress. Also interested in the availability of transfer scholarships that they "claim." Smells like bait.

Grades and letters of rec will go further than PTK IMO. As for scholarships there are plenty out there without it but it may help in that aspect. And by that I mean they may do some of the legwork for you, but I doubt they will be able to get you anything that you couldnt get with a little research and work yourself.
