And when they make a motion to compel arbitration?take it to court and include legal costs in the suit
He should sue the company where he purchased his gas, in no way did the employee say that his gas could be flammable. He probably just spilled it on himself on accident and went to smoke a cigarette...I once saw a photo where a monk poured gasoline on himself and fired it up in protest. I think it worked too.
Or pour honey over himself and let the ants eat him alive. He could sue ma nature, that b!tch. He should sue the company where he purchased his gas, in no way did the employee say that his gas could be flammable. He probably just spilled it on himself on accident and went to smoke a cigarette...

dude...cant you read my sig?go to a lawyer and see.they will be in a breach of a writen contract if they are trying to change it now.
both parties were ok and signed so that is there loss.
you got a better deal and the salesman lost his comission.
i wouldnt take legal advice from someone who doesn't know when to use 'you're' and when to use 'your'.Your in the full right. It was their fault and if everything was signed then they saw the problem it is their fault. Unless there is some term in the contract that states something like contract not effective until 11/30/2007 than I and neither can my cousin see how you have to rework the deal(he just graduated law so he might be overlooking something). Just seek a lawyers opinion and if they hassel you, do what Americans do best and sue.
