Any legal experts here?

...The point to be learned here is NEVER assume anything, if you've been on CA.com you certainly know that people can be pretty **** stupid out there? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Usually, if you're the injured party in a breach of contract, you have a duty to mitigate the damages...so if you knew they were in error, and did nothing, I doubt a court is going to do much for you with compensatory damages.
Talk to a lawyer.
My thoughts exactly. Most contracts have inclusion for such typos and errors by their sales team. They know they don't always have the brightest people doing the sales. You knowingly going along with the error makes you the party at fault for breaching the contract. It is the responsibility of BOTH parties to make sure all data, exceptions, and terms of the agreement are factual. Not just the seller. It is a 2-party agreement. Of course I am sure some lawyer would love to take your money to try and get this deal for you, but in the end I doubt the possibility is very good. Just let it go, you tried to get away with one and were eventually called on it. Take it like a man and move on.
