any issues using CB and big amps in same vehicle?

i know some big class d amps can cause reception problems for FM radio. Also i know a keyed CB mike in the right area can mess with TV and radio signals at least mine can. LOL. But if i put a CB in my car that has around 2 KW worth of amps in it what kinda problems if any should i be looking for? I don't wanna screw anything up , so i wanna get it right the first time.

how many watts? std 15? higher powered 2-ways can spike the electrical system, which can interfere with processor circuitry, but system spikes can be cut with proper grounding of the coax, in relation to the radio unit itself (body, and ground supply) i've never had to deal with amps and cb problems, but most interference can be tuned out. you have to factor base coil, spring, and whip mass/length, or tune a glass whip, if used. kind of hard to do without a watt meter, to see reflective, but you should be able to get the info off the net on tuning the antenna. it will definitely increase the performance of the cb, and mount location will also effect what it pics up.

Well i don't have a very large CB , its a cobra 25LTD , but my dad (a trucker) has done a little modding inside so i know it's a little more powerful than the average 4 watt CB. I will get online and start digging for a few pointers. Thanks bro.
