Got a dinky little 5.1 setup thats okay for now in my room...but the home theater is really lacking in the audio department.
got a 46" rca flatscreen (soon to be an lcd tv when finances allow for it)
logitech x540s for the speakers (hahahah)
and a little htpc with some external creative soundcard.
as you can imagine the whole thing seriously sucks for sound, the poor little logitechs dont like being turned up over half volume...
trying to save money for a new tv, but wondering if theres any hope on improving the sound at all.
As me and my roomie are both college students we are pretty darn broke..i think i have 40 bucks in paypal and maybe a bit more i can throw towards beefing up the audio.
for things laying around i have a 10" pg sub in a box, 200w 2ch clarion amp, 2 jl 10w0s, and some focal 5.25" coaxial speakers..and a bunch of wiring
