any audio tests

thats basically it... i need an audio test that i could download for free and then burn to a cd and put through my system... i wanna check the waves on my fluke meter... anything you guys could help me with... i think from like 1000Hz to 30Hz will probably be good... and if possible to have it in increments of like 5Hz thanks in advanced
