ok heres my scoop, have 2 12L7s in a prefab vented box i wan to buy

2 more 12s andput each set of l7s in a .88cf box each, how will this sound?

would it be able to get louder then the twoL7s in the vented or am i wasting my time?

i may go with 1.00 cube each but kicker says .88 persub also i wil be powering the subs with 2 1200.1s any advice

Man 1 cube just sounds like way too little. It says the max is 2 cubes per sub sealed and thats what I'd put them in as long as you have the space. What kind of sound are you looking for? What kind of music do you listen to the most? I would if you are conserned with money not get the 1200.1's cause they are way too expensive. You can pick up two USX800D's of thezeb.com for very cheap and they put out 700watts rms at 2 ohms and will draw less current since they are class D amps.

let me read this again. Are you going to have 4 12L7's? If so two USX800D's wouldnt be enough power I would definately recommend giving them the full power. You do have some advantages over 2 L7's like all around there is a heck of a lot more speaker surface being used wich in turn will get very loud. They should sound fairly clean also in sealed boxes but if you really want the best bass out of them go for 2 cubes each.

There's a few in New Orleans that run those. I think they are the same as the dB Drive A7 series.
