Hey guys, just over this weekend I got my whole system stolen out of my truck, due to a persons failure to lock my passenger door. I had 2 12's, and a 1200 watt amp, all hooked into a 4cu. ft. custom box ported and tuned @32hz. I had it in the back on my ranger (extra cab), going across literally the entire back of my truck. It was almost impossible to put in without the removal of a seat and the thief some how managed to get this gigantic box out. Well, since I no longer have a system, I ordered a new one, with hope of developing a more secure system of locking my subs into my cab, to avoid theft if in fact someone manages to leave my door unlocked again. I know most of you are shaking your heads at this, but I'm honestly very curious as to what you guys do to prevent theft. I plan on some how securing the box to my cab with screws that are not flathead or phillips to eliminate the possibility of it being removed again, I also planned on doing the same with my sub when fastening it to the box as well. My truck will be getting limo tinted on thursday as an extra precaution. What are your guys suggestions?
