Yes, i'm aware this is the wrong section but i can't seem to get help/views in the enclosure & construction section and i'm trying to cut these to length right now.

Basic info:

(2) 4" aeros tuned to 38hz

Box = 3.13 cubes

.177 cubes sub displacement

.2 cubes port displacement

Using http://www.psp-inc.com/ what do i enter into the calculator for

Volume of Box in Cubic Feet ???

Either:

(1) sub displacement total for... approx 3 cubes

*Flare Length Port required 13.71*

(2) sub & port displacement total for... approx 2.8 cubes

*Flare Length Port required 14.83*

#2, thats close enough.

the best way to get exact volumes is to work with a net measurement, then add all displacements and adjust 1 or more lengths of the box accordingly to accommodate all displacements and net volume.
