I got somebody wanting to buy my 12 W0v2s. Should I give them up and get a pair of DCONs. I like the W0s so are the DCONs going to be worth the $100 bucks I'll have to fork out?

It's hard to say because there are so many factors, but you will definitely notice the dcon's will be louder and sound much cleaner

Budget? The AQ 750.1 puts out clean power and would push the dcon's just fine

the dcon's will sound a lot better than your JL's, but if they are too loud for you the AQ comes with a bass knob so you could always turn it down if needed

Dont really have a budget. Whatever I do will be cheaper then the 1500watt single 12 setup I was going to do. With the to DCONs or 187s I wont have to change out my electrical or build a new box.
