hm sounds like the ******* cops in my town, not gonna lie they are all on power trips..i remember before i could drive they would threaten me and my friends with arrest if we were out past the 9:45 curfew...

but i have gotten a ticket or two, once pulling out of the school parking lot and i had system up pretty loud, some jackass cop pulls up says that i could be putting a bad image out for the school and upcoming parents with kids that are going to be freshmen, and writes me a ticket for disturbing the peace, 225 bucks.

Noise violations are 50 ft around here, pretty lame. You can hear a stock stereo from 50 ft away. Noise ordnances are too subjective.

You have a 9:45 curfew? Half the time I don't leace my house till 9:30 or so! Our curfew if you are under 18 is 11:00, but the cops really don't enforce it very strictly. We do have a law that states if you are under the age of 19 you are not allowed to drive between 1am and 5am. I don't care, though. I'm 18, i can join the army and get shot at but I can't drive whenever I please? That makes sense..............

well im going to fight both of them, and it doesnt help that this cop hates me andhe knows tat i have the 1 of only 2 systems in my WHOLE town.

have *** with the cop's wife. That should teach him

lol you let a cop write you a ticket in your drive way? He can't do that unless he heard it. I would fight it.

if a cop gave me a ticket in MY driveway.. hahahaha yea right.

it's been about a year since i got a disterbing the peace ticket... the last one came with. driveing under suspension, no seat belt, and so on....

no im just wondering how come someone can cut grass at 6 oclock in the morning and wake my *** up but i cant play my music at 6 in the evning and the only thing im disturbing is my ear drums?? weird huh? and no disprect to harley drivers,but got **** what is the diffrence between a system and a **** harley...i mean **** atleast the music changes sounds not just a constinat ROOOOOOOAAAAR

x2 on the harley....for **** sake HARLEYS should have a **** curfew your not allowed to ride them between the hours of 12pm and 8am...lol i can't count how many times i hear a faint rrrrrrr...then even tho i live between 2 bends on a main ave...that's maybe 1/16 of a mile....after the first bend..the rrr turns into RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR then on the brakes for the corner...like WTF

yeahh but ive heard some pretty loud crotch rockets too, but it's mainly from idiots hitting 10k going 100ft from one stop sign to the next...

I also got a ticket a long time ago for the noise ordinance crap. But man, I'm sure your neighbors called the cops on you. And when that 1st cop gave you the ticket I bet he went back to the police station and told his buddies B.O.L.O. (be on the look out) for so and so, don't cut him any slack, bust him if you get a chance that kind of crap. That's how cops are, they tell each other stories or BOLO's even over the radio because they don't have anything else to do. Specially in a small town. Plus you're way north, I bet those cops have their thumbs up you know where, super conservative.
