Funny....Canada has gun control. You don't see too many random shootings like in the states where it is easy to get a gun.
Even if people obtain weapons illegally, there are less weapons to be had here. Harder to get. Most of the illegal weapons here come out of the states. There is no need for every house to have an automatic weapon. Auto weapons were designed for one purpose....war. Not home invasion.

People scream about rights and freedoms.......well they also have the right and freedom to work, yet they choose to leech off the same government they don't want oppressing their gun rights.

Ok well united states has like 5x more people than Canada. Thats like comparing Detroit to Sandusky Ohio

The news is comming in piecemeal without confirmation, but it looks like 27 dead including 18 kids. The school is K-4, so we're talking 6-10 yrs old.

The 24 yr old gunman is dead. Not clear yet if by his own hands. He lived in New Jersey with his father and reports are his father was killed too. His mom was a teacher at the school, dunno if she's alive or not.

The school principal supposedly turned on the PA system in her office just before she was shot. That gave warning to teachers to lock down. Maybe she saved some lives.

The whole state of CT is in shock. If there is a hell, I'm sure this creep is burning in it.

What? I work and I like my guns. Why should the government be better armed than the average civilian. That law was put into place to protect us from the government not the other way around. This is 'Murica and if you don't like it you can go live in Canada.... oh wait.

these objects known as guns, don't kill people. Stupid *** people with no moral compass and fucked up ideals kill people.

You shouldn't try and punish (take away our rights to protect ourselves) law abiding citizens for the acts of a fucking criminal.

Also, you rarely will ever see or hear of a fully automatic weapon used in any sort of shooting, it is almost impossible to legally obtain them and even illegally they are going to be very rare and extremely expensive.

I reloaded when I was 18 and if bullets WERE 10$ a bullet I bet children as young as 5 would be able to do it

Also, lets not forget about lasers. Lasers kill bro.

Cars are more deadly than anything physical especially for people 16-18 years old. Why not ban them too

He could walk through a school with a baseball bat and fuck shit up, drive through a class room and fuck shit up, go to lowes buy 50lbs of fertalizer and a couple gallons of kerosene and fuck a whole lot of shit up.
