LOL i read this last night and it makes me not want to have CC/BB instal anything of mine. Dudes car is ****ed now, can almost buy another honda brand new for the price to fix all this stuff

i remember when i worked at CC ( first install job's out of school).. we where busy and had one of the salesmen install a headunit... he ran a self tapping screw threw one of the main wire harnesses behind the dash... it was 3k to have it fixed... thanks god it wasent me

So the installers are not personally responsible, like in the sense they dont have to pay for the mistakes from their paycheque? Is it the insurance company of CC who pays for it?

jesus christ. he drove around with it for a while too. I guess u really cant trust circuit city (or best buy) installers.

cc has to pay for it.... unless you work at a ma and pa shop with no insurance....
