Another "Subs got stolen" story

Yeah. Got off of work last night and spent hours doing homework. Then passed out. I got up this moring and said f*uck it. I'm going back to bed but then my neighbor came pounding on my door around 8 and told me that my blazer had been broken in on and subs are gone. I ran out there in shorts and flip-flops and sure enough, they were gone.

Someone came and busted the passenger window out and opened the back and took the subs, box, and amp. Now, I know that it would have taken 2 people to carry that box out and it won't fit in no car. and they carefully unscrewed the wires out of the amp.

Yeah, they were a couple PRs but still.....it's freakin' messed up. I live in a decent neighborhood. Even the cop said that they haven't been called out here in a while.

On to something better I guess. Or maybe i'll find the low-ball criminals.

I'm putting my old JL in there for now until I get something new and better.

There is one thing I love about my honda civic the only 2 ways you can get into the trunk is either by key or by pulling the open latch inside the door jam but that can be locked and I have it locked but still I am cautious, and in the spring the alarm gose in 2 way alarm

Reminds me of this one kid... he was telling me how he always bumps everywhere he goes. It's always turned up with the windows down. I warned him not to, and he's like, "LOL, FU!"

He told me today that he got his ish jacked... they took his car, took the comps out, the processor, amps, subs, box, and burned his car.

I disable my trunk lock and disconnect the auto popper inside so there is no way for anybody to take anything from my trunk. I just use the keyfob. And yes i have a very very secret spot to open it if the battery dies.

In your case i'd find a way to secure your back seat from folding down.

Give me 5 minutes i bet i could be in your trunk with your system stolen or close to it.. Just subs/amps.. h/u if it was nice.. without going through the front

hell ya, my trunk button is in my glove box which is locked. and my seat does not fold down so only way to steal my shit is to pick my trunk lock and hopefully by them someone would see them

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif those locks are worthless and by giving them a good tug they will open your trunk even if it is locked. I know because it happened to me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Best bet is disabling the cable itself so it can not be used.
