Well, the douchebag sold the boosted civic i wanted out from under me because he was offered a whopping 100 bucks more. Piece of shiit kid. Oh well, the search continues. I am looking into a Conquest that needs work, here is a copy of the ad.

For Sale: 1988 chrysler conquest tsi 5 spd, borg warner 51 trim turbo, snyder cam springs and retainers, forged piston new bearings and rings, TEP shim head gasket, real hsk bov, stock front mount, lowered on tokico struts/springs, autometer boost/AF gauge, ovc pipe runs really rich runs and drives comes with extra wheels and ****** and adapter for a 4g63, have lots of pics have 4 cars losing interest in it takin offers just want to get rid of it

He also told me it was never tuned, so could that be the reason for running rich? He thinks its the map sensor.

That was a concern, especially with the problem it already has(running really rich, sputtering because of it..)

I tried, lol he is firm on the price. He wants 1000 for the car and 250 to deliver it. I dont have a trailer and truck, or else I would go get it myself.

I like the cars and have built a few, the issue for me was the motor is the weak link. If you plan to build it and make it fast, then plan on more work ahead of you.
