I have another question about my LOC(pac oem2). it gives me two options for each + speaker wire

I have a factory head unit with 120 watts and 6 speakers. Which option should i use?

1.(+) high power speaker output (typically 20 watts x 4 and higher).

2. (+) low power speaker output. (All stereos up to 20 watts x 4 or when wiring for #4)

how are you ting this in? t-taps and male spades i hope ?
im gonna solder and heat shrink. why u say t taps and spades?

i ordered reverse and foward harnesses so i wouldnt have to cut the factory wires
