Hey all, kinda new member here, have posted before, didn't realize there was an intro forum. Seeing the other new Floridians made me want to represent as well.
Currently I'm planning out my install and learning as I go. My goal is to run 4 Sundown X-8's 1ohm at 6k, haven't decided on the amp yet. Got the 80prs for the head unit, so I plan to run active. Haven't decided on mid's or high's yet, still researching that out. I plan on upgrading my alt with a Mechman 370, got 8 Hawker 13ah batts from Michalleane, should be able to run 6k off of those, maybe. Will be using Sky High OFC for all the wiring, oh and picked up some copper grounding bus bars from Storm Cooper Components.
Not sure on the box, whether to go ported, 4th, or tline. Been playing around with one X-8 in a tline in my house, been sounding pretty good.
