LMFAO that pic just made me feel a whole lot better about my cut. It actually wasnt that bad til a tried to use the router to smooth it out and fuxored it up. I dropped a MAW 15 in it today and pushed it with 125 watts and it beat pretty hard. Once the full 500 watts is pumped into it, it should be wangin.

Thanks for all the tips and suggestions. This was my first flare box so now I know how to make the next box better. Thanks fellas.

Only trying to give constructive criticism...

The two kerfed corners are negated by having the 90* corner in the middle of the port.

Otherwise it looks like a nice box.
