Another great weekend

Saturday night I go to my buddy rickey's house to drink with them. All is good until a bit later in the night (they started drinking early) My friend matt is jealous because some girl he used to like is all over my buddy davey. So to prevent a fight at my friends house, I told those two girls they had to go.. well davey tried to say bye on the way out and matt got mad and started swinging on davey. I grabbed matt and fell to the ground with him, while davey's brother justin grabbed him. Somehow davey gets loose and lands two more hits on matt.. matt gets pissed at me for holding him back and starts hitting me. Some how it all gets broken up and we go to davey's house about a mile away. Well matt calls my phone and says "until I find out who kicked me in the head, it's on you" I didn't think much of it. Well about 30min later davey's dad yells up to us theres a kid outside with a bat, we look out just in time to see it go through my 07 altima's front passenger window. Me and about 5 friends ran out of the house grabbing whatever we could on the way. Matt made it back to his car. I had my uncle come get my car and throw it in the garage. Long story short, matt got scared we were coming for him and called the cops. We ran from the cops for a bit and one of my friends got caught. I went down and bailed him out.. Matt got his head together and called me to make sure our buddy that went to jail was ok. Said he'd pay for all the damage.

But that's the whole story. Was I in the right or wrong?

either way I have plastic on my window right now and it fvckin sucks!

yeah, I'm beginning to realize what great friends I have. At least he didn't actually land any shots to my face. I have a lump behind my ear, but that's it.

that sucks. my friends are pretty lax people. my semi-best friend is the only person i have problems with cause when he drinks he gets annoying as fuck. he's the type of person who always has to have the last word for EVERYTHING that anyone is talking about. not argument wise but conversation wise. and it's the stupidest comments too. urgh..

at least your "friend" is covering the damages per so he says. make sure he gets that shit done soon.

Each week I just wait for the one where you tell us one of your friends a. died or b. is going to jail for vehicular manslaughter.

I have no problem with drinking....but your stories always end up with one of your drunken buddies (or you) "almost" hitting something or destroying something.

To look back on it is a bit funny. But I'm really upset that it happened to me while I was trying to break up a fight between my friends.
