annoying squeel through doors?

In my truck, I have a very annoying squeel coming through my front stage. If I have the deck on volume 0 and i turn it to 1 there is a pop and it squeels. The squeel stays the same volume no matter what. If I turn the deck up, it will play but there is a squeel and the music doesnt sound right.

I had my Panny Hu in when it started, so I assumed my HU was fawked. I can hook my Ipod directly to my amp and it will play just fine (sometimes it jumps into protect ???).

Well I assumed my HU was bad so I got a new one. I just hooked up my Alpine CDA-9855 and it still does it.

Is it possible the RCA's went bad and is causing my squeel? How would RCAs suddenly go bad?

the rca's could have a small nick out of them letting it touch metal check the rca's front to back.
