So, who here uses an Android based phone?

Examples:

Verizon Droid

T-Mob Clique, G1, Mytouch, Behold 2

I have a Behold2, and love it.

kinda thinking about it
the only thing is that the iphone has so many apps

I know droid and blackberry have tons of apps also, i guess they just dont get as much tv time
When I first bought my droid i spent hours looking through the free apps. There are a ton. Not saying to rule anything out but the iPhone has some competition out there now

Well, the Iphone has been out much longer, so the marketplace is much more expanded. However, with an open source code, you can bet the Android marketplace will expand at a quicker rate.

Plus, most of the apps are the same, or relatively similar. (and free vs. having to be bought on the Apple network...)

I had an Iphone for a while, I just found the Behold to have a better touch screen.

I got a moto droid. Love it but I. Work with my hands a lot so screen gets smudgy toomuch. Going to sell it for 380 with the **** 30dollar car charger I got for it haha

I still rock the tmobile g1 when I first came out bad battery life but I love it! I want the my touch g2, problems worked out on that one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I just switched from an unlocked and jailbroken iphone, to a mytouch 3g, games are meh on the mytouch, then again the market has only been open for a year. the app store has been around for like 3 years lol.

But as far as power and performance goes, i love teh mytouch 3g, dont need to jailbreak it to customize it. and warranties ftw

thing i want to know is how do you change themes, there are a ton in the market, even the hero theme, but cant use it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I messed with a droid last week. It does have exchange support which is a plus. Wasn't that hard to set up either.
