Android in the car

For those of you that have Android phones and have it play music through your stereo in the car, how did you go about setting it up? I currently have an iPhone and my head unit has an iPod cable which works great. I'm guessing most head units do not have an Android interface yet. I'd love to hook up my new Android phone to the car and listen to my music, but I'm not sure how you guys are doing that these days.

My concern is sound quality and being able to easily navigate through my gigs of music while driving. Like I said, it was easy with the iPhone because of the iPod interface.

Looking forward to your input.

Its called bluetooth :p Need a phone and a HU that is compatible. Works pretty solid I can control my music about a good 10 to 15 feet from the car. Or used to be able to sold that car and system.
