Anabolic Steroids & Prohormone Question

As long as you understand what your getting yourself into with steroids and understand how they help you and the conciquences, if thats what you want then go for it. If you want to become freaky big you will need steroids their is no 2 ways about that. (unless your a genetic freak)

First off how old are you?

Dont consider anything before your at least 21 and do some research a yr or two to know what each one does and how they affect your body. Most people dont even take post cycle things and lose all they gain or none during and most of what they gain is water from bloating and such and then once off in a month or two lost most of the so-called gains anyways.

Diet is key for anything to do with BB.

And lastly superdrol is one of the roughest pills you can take as far as your liver goes and most people that have done blood tests while on it have really rough liver counts.

Much rather see someone do a simple test product(injectable) and have the proper pct then to do pills which are terible for the liver and you lose most of the gains anyways.

LOl werd.. My Max was 320lb with a torn labrum in Feb of my Junior year...had surgery, started lifting and tore that bastard again LOL..2nd surgery FTL.. I did end up squatting 500lb as a Junior tho.. and i havent lifted much since.. Im weary of the Military and clean-jerk and all overhead presses... 3 metal anchors bored into bone and 2ft of nylon banding rope and im not quite the he-man i once was.. all natural BTW
and deerhunt.. good lift man

and OP, man lay off the roids, Honestly
so you re-tore it? Mine was torn when I was benching 315...but I finally had surgery when I fell on it during a football game and had extreme pain from the fall. Other than that, I didnt notice it except that my shoulder would pop out of place and look disgusting. **** 3 metal anchors, I just hand some nylon rope according to the pix I got from the surgery.

sundownz, how are you so knowledgable on this subject?
I work out and used to follow the body-building forums closely before I started Sundown (don't have time anymore). Plenty of reading can be had on the BB forums. Watched alot of logs of people doing cycles and read into it as many people ask me about these types of things. I've actually trained several of my friends... helped people get on diets, etc, etc. I was thinking about doing personal training for a while.

jrekully17,

Because it will destroy his lipid profile, eg: his bad cholesterol will be high as hell, and good cholesterol will be almost zero. Fish oil is good for both profiles.

deerhunt... do you do anyrunning to go along with all that lifting?
(40 & 100 times?)

im a kicker for my football team but currently i weigh 200lbs im doing 275 flatbench, 350 squat (i know its pansey, but ive got really bad knees) but im an explosive lifter so im currently at a 4.52 40 yard, ill be back down in the 4.4xx's soon tho, just had knee surgery like 5 months ago
I haven't ran in about a year...I started doing a lot of cardio when I first got serious last fall, but I read a few articles where too much cardio can interfere with your strength gains....I cannot explain exactly how, but I noticed I started cutting up the bigger I got. I guess steering away from cokes, junk food, etc helped me out a lot.

I did sprint against my friend the other day for the hell of it, and surprisingly I am faster than what I used to be just from working out my legs I guess?

Sprint speed is directly related to cross sectional area of the quadriceps and the position of the calf muscle to lower leg connection, FYI //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Working your legs will improve your sprint speed, yes. You can't do much about the latter due to genetics... which is why some people will **** at sprinting no matter what they do.

I didn't know for sure, but I knew I definitely got faster......
Kinda weird seeing a guy my size running fast

What is your size exactly? I never was fast but my 16 yr old brother runs a steady 4.9 40-yard dash and can bench 330max 310 reps... the kid is 6ft 3" and 250lbs.

and my best friend thru High school was 6ft 270lbs ran a 5 flat 40yarder and max benched 420lbs.. He had the state record at a weight competition but the judges say he lifted his butt..

and Slick Rick, I 1st dislocated my shoulder, and it came with the expected soreness and when i lifted my overhead presses, i had a severe ache in the joint and an unexplained weakness. I could bench all day and clean for a lil while before it bothered me, but eventually it began to ache when laying a certain way or lifting my arm to the side really fast or reaching in my back pocket... and one day in "shell" prac it took a shot in back of the shoulder with a helmet.. and my shoulder burned and my fingers went numb.. I eventually got over it and finished the season, then I went for an MRI after the last game, and found out i chipped a thumb sized piece of bone from my shoulder blade and had a Severe labrum tear...That surgery sucked so bad.. I threw up for 2 days and couldnt sit up.. and had a non-moving ,sore, bulky-slinged arm i didnt use for about 2 weeks sucked...4months later i get released, do therapy and whatnot.. my lifts start to get good.. in prac i get tripped and jam the ball in the socket and tore out 2 of the 3 anchors (talkin about sore) and had my 2nd MRI and surgery within a week.. I got released 2 games into my senior season, and i just now started back lifting after a year.. just doin 75lbs on a curl bar for alotta reps to get some tone back... I started feeling inferrior after goin to college and watching all those monstrocities walking around campus //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
