lol, he was on the REAL DEAL like illigal 100% im sure, and had been doing it for years i bet.

I havent really been on it long enough to tell, but over the summer i took sostonal-250 and gained 27lbs in a cycle.

yeah he had to start somewhere too...I bet he didn't just immediately start taking the heavy stuff, he probably took the same as you, then said hey this stuff is a little more powerfull I'll take that now, then again, and again, and again, then he murdered his family

You need to check out the pedo thread stickied at the top of the lounge. Look at the pedo Kusama's avatar and compare it to yours. I don't think you want to be associated with that guy -- even by accident.

What you fail to understand is that SuperVol / SuperDrol *ARE* the heavy stuff. It's one of the strongest steroids ever released at any time. People can gain 20 pounds in three *weeks* on it... a regular injectable takes ~8-12 weeks for similar results. Actually, injectables are "safer" since they don't break down in the liver... Superdrol also has the most devastating effect on Lipid profiles of anything I've ever seen on top of that.

On that note... get a blood test when you are done and start taking 8-10 caps of fish oil a day now.

Don't do steroids man..Seriously..I just maxed out today and was amazed at how much a proper diet and good workout plan has did for me.

All it takes is time and dedication..

And say what ya'll want about this vid I posting..But I am proud I got to this point w/o steriods and all that crap.

I maxed at 345 today...I think I could get 350..Last time I maxed was April and it was at 330.. 15 pounds may not sound like a big increase, but ever since I hit 300 it is has been hard as hell to increase it..

Hell yeah...once I hit 300 every 5-10 lbs felt like 30. Be careful with your shoulders mang...don't max out too often.

dude 345 is great without any roids. Im benching 225 right know but I only weigh 165. I think once im at 345 im not going to get any bigger.
