amps, which one?

a friend of mine is building his first system around an older dd 1510 that i gave him. i offered to make him a good deal on one of the 2 mtx8100d's that i have but he wants something new

he has narrowed his choice to eather

ma audio hk 1998 hard kore

rated at 1200@ 2ohm

or

hifonex bxi 1608d

rated at 1100@ 2 ohm.

the sub i gave him is a d4 and iam shure he is going with the hifonix.

what iam wondering is which of the 2 will do closest to rated power and of the 2 which is better quality?
