looking to spend around 300 dollars

its for a friends build. I'm not very informed on good amps. he can't rele afford a saz or anything like that but still something better than an apsm 1500 uk?

open to many options. most of these subs are d1 and d2 subs and i want to hook up 2 of them. so what ever i can power them at rele.
