Amps::Powering 2 Alpine type r's + Front components round 150rms. Suggestions?

Need some help on picking amps for my 2 alpine type r's at 4ohms (wiring to 1 ohm) and also a component set most likely the CDT EF-61CFi/25 or the PG RSD's.

The alpine's are gunna be in a ported box with min. of 1.7 cu ft. per sub. Looking to run them around 600-700rms as that's what most people reccomend. Max of 250 for the amp looking for less. I was considering the Hifonics BXi 1606D but it seems sketchy.. So suggest away!

Also looking to run just a Front Set of components at around 150rms maybe a bit more and not exactly sure on the type, most likely the ones listed above. What would you suggest for under 180? I was thinking Hifonics ZXi 4406 (sketchy) or the MTX Audio XThunder 504X (most likely) but once again suggestions much appreciated.

EDIT: I need the sub amp to run at 1ohm stable, pushing at least 1400 watts, the hifonics does 1600 but it might be overrated?

Does anybody have any views on the hifonics amps or that mtx? Thanks for the offer TC but i really wanna buy everything new, just me. And the alpines are a little too much but if they are alot better than my other options ill most likely go with them.

why buy new when you can buy slightly better stuff used. even if you don't buy my stuff, buying used in general is a good way to get a great item at a better price.

I have a hifonics zx4000 which does 200x2 @ 2 ohms, or 100x2 @ 4 ohms...

Any views on the hifonics amps..? Good for a novice? Should i stay away from them or are they ok if i don't push them too hard?

The Hifonics are decent stuff. I just personally don't care for them...I know people who have ran them, but I've never used them. Honestly my opinion is based mostly on aesthetics, which will probably draw some flak...but I don't care. I want my amps to look as nice as they perform. Some Hifonics lines just look like flea market amps. But they will get the job done. For that matter, you could go all Profile and save yourself half of your budget...

Thanks for the help laser I appreciate it. As long as they get the job done and look decent I dont mind as I'm trying to contour my budget so i can get the best custom sub box possible.

Any other opinions?

NP, most would probably just run the Hifonics, but I would rather run 3-4 Profile amps and upgrade my Big 3 and battery. Again, JMO if I was doing a budget set-up (which I kind of am, but I've been hunting those good deals down in the Classifieds for a while to get what I really want)...
