Amps are all running but not putting out power...

Well my RF t400 and audiobahn aw400t are running perfect not in protect mode, there is no power coming from either of them. The doors were hooked up to the T4004 and suddenly were like 1/10th there volume and it was very crackly broke up around 13/50 instead of 35/50 on the vol. There are 5 kicker SS's in each door all of them used overpwer the back 5x7s which are powered off the radio which is 880prs. Wondering what problem i could have i think the RCA's might be junk but i dont know. How do u go about checking RCA's and what not and could it be the output on the Radio also...need help
