Ampliwhat??

Hey, Im new to the car audio thing but im not trying to do anything big right now. Let's not make fun if i ask stupid questions. I live in the middle of nowhere so i have no one to ask or any stores to go to and get info. Well, the question is uhh.. If i put new speakers in place of my factory installed ones do i need anything else like an amp or another battery or anything like that?

It just depends what you want. If you are satisfied with running your speakers off your deck, then you have no need for an amp, but if you buy some decent coaxes, or some nice componenets, then it would be ideal to amp them. You shouldnt have to worry about another battery. Your not running massive amounts of power.

Depends on what youre talking about... You wouldnt need another battery, and probably no electrical upgrades..what are you looking at buying? Link?

More on the bass side but i do want some better music sound also.

My suggestion is save up a little and get a job before you blow your money on some bad/mediocre product from wall mart. Do as I did, and stick around for a few months untill you have enough money and information to make a wise purchase.
