Amplifiers won't come on? Big problems...

Would that be the problem?

Each amplifier is getting the 12v according to the dmm.

No, it would bypass the turnon lead from your HU and turn the amp on assuming the amp isn't dead. Just grab a tiny scrap of wire and touch one end to the turnon input, and one end on the +12v input. If it turns on your problem is in the wire form the HU, or the HU itself. If that is the case you can just run a relay from the fuse box.

 
Agreed. If none of your amps is turning on, the problem is likely no signal from the remote turn on. Test it as suggested above. If this is the problem, you can just wire it to the switched ignition wire (usually red).

 
Thats one problem now my mono amplifier wont send a signal to the subwoofers.

It also wont wired into another car's system too. -.-
