Amplifier static noise ?

So basically I've had my system installed for over a year and everything was fine. I recently came back from vacation and started up my car and heard this static noise coming out of the subwoofer.

The subwoofer still plays but when I turn it up it cuts in and out. I unplugged the subwoofer and the RCA's from the amplifier but I still get that noise coming out of the amplifier.

I have 2 amplifiers hooked up to my car; one for my comps and the other for my sub. The other amplifier is fine and it is hooked up to the same ground as my other amp. Any help is greatly appreciated.
