amplifier power light dims?

tried searching to resolve this, but I am overwhelmed by posts about general weak electric systems.

Question: I have a memphis mr1.500. I have 2 ps 10's running off it at 1 ohm. The power light of the amp dims when the bass hits. Is this normal?
