I don't know what the deal is, but BOTH of my amplifiers are having issues in bridged mode. This one, a Pioneer PRS-D4100F, puts out a pop every time it turns on. After the pop, it looks like it's putting out DC voltage, pulling the speaker cone in one direction) and holding it there for a second before it starts playing music (after another small pop).
It might pull the sub about has far as Bass I Love You can, and I'm afraid of damaging the sub because of how it sits there.
If it's not bridged, the startup is faster and there's no pop at all.
Any suggestions?
