Amplifier issue?

Hey everyone maybe someone can figure this out. I have 2 JL 500/1 amplifiers. 1 running to each 15 Memphis. AmpA we'll say made both subs beat just the same, AmpB beat both subs just the same but well below the power of AmpA. Any suggestions on what could be the issue? Don't know if thats understandable but I'm sure someone understands out there what I'm trying to say.

whichever amp is putting out more is stronger, a 500 watt jl amp isn't exactly 500 watts, but supposed to be at least 500 watts, so you seem to have 1 that is just say 500 watts and the other one is putting out more watts, maybe as much as 700 watts or so. know what im saying, it would be an extremely difficult task for every 500 watt to be EXACTLY 500 watts.
