I am building a car audio system and I have come to buying an am to power my system. My subs are the Digital Designs 3500 series 15's rated at 4 ohm dvc and can handle 1200w a piece. I have narrowed my search down to 2 choices. Rockford Fosgate T2500-1bdCP Power Series mono sub amplifier — 2,500 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms at Crutchfield.com and M3c | DD Audio. I need to know which is the better choice.

The DD. The Fosgate power amps don't have adjustable SS filters, no remote gain only boost, very inefficient.

Also the M3 is 1000 watts more.

The M3 at 14 volts is over 4000 watts. It's really not much of a comparison. I have a M3c myself. Love it.
