Amping my 6x9s?

I have a Profile AP1000 bridged to my Cerwin Vega Sub

I just got off line some JBL 6x9s..be here end of week

I also have a Profile 400watt I am going to power the 6x9s with.

Do I set the xover on FLAT or HIGH on the amp for the 6x9s?

I would say high. You can try it flat but it will probabily pop on hard bass. Some people like to run 6x9 flat, but with a sub you should run it on high.
