JBL GTO-501EZ gets close at 350W @ 4 ohms, underrated. I would let it go for $100 shipped today.

Is that Dual brand 12's that are 300 watts a pc. or dual as in "2" 12's that are 600 watts a pc.? Sorry but sometimes semantics is important.
