Amp Wiring

New here and have a few questions:

I have purchased a 2-Channel amp and two subwoofers (10"). My amp is not an expensive brand (XPLORE 400W) and it has the following:

-Two High Inputs w/ 4 pins. Two pins for L+/- and two pins for R +/-. This came with a harnness for each. 4 wires coming out of harness.

-4 Low Inputs (RCA). Two white and two red.

I am using the factory radio (No RCA hookups). This feeds preamp signal to factory amp, then amp goes to all factory speakers. I am using the new 10" subs as subwoofers and the factory amp will power the front factory speakers.

Is it better to splice the preamp rear wires and wire through RCA jacks into the new amp or use the high input to do this?

Once I get your input is it better to wire my subs parallel or in a series?

Thanks for your input.

your going to need a converter..

it will have (4) Wires that you will splice inline with your rear speakers

(So You Dont Loose The Rears, The Converter will have a Gain & RCA Outs Also Has a Bass Nob Let me see if I can Find The Link

Your Looking For A LINE OUTPUT CONVERTER
