Amp under passenger seat - where to ground?

Yeah, the topic title pretty much says everything. I'm installing an amp under my passenger seat in an '03 Mitsu Galant, and I was wondering what a common grounding point would be that's close.

or the seat belt bolt.. though i have been advised not to do so because "you shouldnt tamper with any safety equipment"

thus making your post useless???

lol....the seat belt bolts are usually pretty big, might be too big for a terminal, if you use the seat bolt it's probly a 15mm headed 10mm bolt witch is easy enough to slide through in terminal without having to make it bigger
