Amp turns off

when i turn my radio up 10 or higher my amp goes in to protecting mode dont kno why any help?????

How big's your ground? Where's it grounded at?

4 gauge nd its grounded to my bummper and i had my 2 15's hooked up to it when i put my one l7 12 and worked

to ur bumper? change the ground and move it to the frame.

maybe you got your subs wired wrong or try to lower your gain and does the amp get real hot

it get real hot after a while but not when they turn off it use to turn off after i had my 15's hooked up and playin for an hour str8 but not it plays for like a min or two and turn off

sounds like your gains are turned up too high

ill check the gains but if i remember thet was already low ill check in the morning

make sure you wired the subs right

gains impedance ground.. all kinds of probabilities..

Could be your wiring, how do you have it wired up now? The sub to the amp is what I mean.
